Observation

Children were left unattended and unsupervised in outdoor space and in playroom on more than one occasion. While provider spoke with licensor and assistant prepared bottles for children, licensor asked provider to watch the children in outdoor space and when both provider and licensor went outdoors, an enrolled child had opened the emergency gate and left the licensed area. Licensor prompted provider to get the child from unlicensed space. Provider then proceeded to go after child and bring her back onto the deck. Neither assistant nor provider were observed at a place where all children can be seen from outdoor space to play room.
